BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
PRIVATE BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION POLICY
RETAINER:
A 50% retainer is required to book your desired date and time slot.
No booking request is confirmed until the retainer payment has been submitted on the booking form and you have received a confirmation receipt.
The remaining 50% is due in full no later than the day of the scheduled photo session before the session begins. Please review the full-service description for your package before booking.
All studio rental fees or other third-party costs incurred for your session must be covered by the client. These costs are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING:
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the retainer and require a new retainer for rebooking.
Last-minute cancellations (within 6 hours of the session) will also require reimbursement of any studio rental or associated booking costs.
For TFT (Trade-for-Time) or collaboration shoots, any cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in the photographer requiring full payment of any incurred expenses (such as studio rental) before consideration for future projects.
In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or natural disasters, one (1) reschedule is permitted.
LATE CLIENTS:
Your booked time slot represents the photographer’s reserved time. Sessions start at the scheduled time, not when you arrive. If you are late, the remaining time will be used for your session. Sessions will not be extended for late arrivals.
NO-SHOW CLIENTS:
No-show clients forfeit all retainers and payments made and must pay the full package balance at booking for any future sessions. No exceptions.
REFUND POLICY:
All retainers and payments are non-refundable.
TURNAROUND TIME:
The current turnaround time for retouched photos is approximately 2 weeks after the client submits their selections.
Need your photos sooner? Rush editing (1-week delivery) is available for an additional fee.
To ensure quality, all portraits will be edited before release.

CORPORATE BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING & PAYMENT:
Corporate clients are not required to pay a deposit; however, a signed contract or purchase order (PO) is required to confirm the booking.
Full payment is due upon completion of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Invoices must be paid within 15 days of the session date.
If the session requires a studio rental, special equipment, or additional services, those costs must be paid upfront and are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the total session cost.
Same-day cancellations (within 6 hours of the scheduled session) or no-shows will be billed at 100% of the session fee, as this time has been allocated exclusively for your booking.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Sessions will begin at the scheduled time. If a client is late, the session will proceed with the remaining time available. Extensions will only be granted if the schedule allows, and additional fees may apply.
REFUND POLICY:
All payments for completed services are non-refundable.
Any prepaid third-party costs (such as studio rentals) are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
TURNAROUND TIME:
The standard turnaround time for retouched photos is 2 weeks from the date the client submits their selections.
